Long Arm Classes in Medicine Hat, Alberta

There will be some fun happenings at Crazy Quilter's Lair in Medicine Hat, June 18, 19, and 20, 2014! Take one or take them all.  It is a great time to learn some basic skills to take your quilting to the next level or to find out more about long arm quilting!

June 18:  9 am - 1 pm:  Introduction to Long Arm Quilting:  The 5 Layers of the Quilt.  ($100)

                2 pm - 6 pm:  Introduction to Pantograph Quilting  ($100)  (Qualifies you to rent at our rental studios.)

June 19:  9 am - 5 pm:  Beginner's Sampler Class:  Edge to Edge Designs from the Front with simple borders, basics of feathers and the three basic feather designs, how in the heck do I quilt this?  and lots more in this session.  Lots of secrets and resources revealed to make your long arm journey easier!  ($200)

June 20:  9 am - 2 pm:  APQS Beginner Class for all new APQS owners, others register for $200.

                3 pm - 6 pm:  APQS Road Show.  (Free)  Learn about the machine features on the APQS machines, find out more information on long arm quilting, and there will be a great Road Show Special if you want to save $$$ on a machine.  Heck, looking is always free, right?

Classes will be taught by Joanne Flamand, APQS Educator for Canada.  5 of her quilts are on display at the store already, stop in and take a look.
